By bringing Wellness Workshops to your place of business, I can help you and your coworkers find the tools, information, and support to make the changes in their weight, eating, and health that they are seeking.
I have created a thoughtfully designed experience for workplaces of all sizes that includes original resources, thought provoking questions, impactful ideas, and practical tips and strategies that are actionable. I will harness the power of the group to move members towards permanent and sustainable changes in their relationship with food by helping them to better understand themselves.
I bring you a decade of professional group weight loss coaching experience with individuals and organizations large and small; my own personal journey of weight loss and maintenance; original resources created just for clients, and a wealth of nutrition and health knowledge as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Group size will be limited in order to make the experience rich and personalized; with a few basic ground rules around confidentiality and courtesy, I will create an environment where a sense of community is created and each member has a chance to be heard and supported.
Based on the needs of the group, an 8 week workshop could cover:
Nutrition. There are no good or bad foods, but some foods are better for Every Body. What are those foods, why are they powerful, and how to incorporate more of them. Deciphering nutrition labels.
Healthy Habits. Easy steps to incorporate more healthy eating into your day. Creating impactful health habits and how to sustain them.
Hunger. Exploring the three kinds of hunger, and why it’s important.
Challenges. Navigating weekends, holidays, and social occasions. The scale. Self sabotage.
Thoughts. Why what you think matters more than what you eat.
Sustainabililty. Discovering what works best for you. Creating ease and clarity. Goal setting. Motivation.
