Small Group Coaching
Have you lost weight by dieting, restricting and following someone else's program, only to find the pounds creep back on? Changing what you eat for a period of time works - until it doesn't; sustainable weight loss requires you to change what you eat but more importantly, change how you think. Discussions will include:
What do you want your life to feel like?
Why is weight loss important to you?
Where is your life out of balance and how can you change that?
What are you willing to do to lose weight, and how can you make that feel easy?
What stories do you tell yourself that are keeping you stuck?
How can you lose weight by eating what YOU choose to, instead of following another program?
How are old diet rules around what you can and cannot eat keeping you stuck?
How can you incorporate more whole foods into your eating patterns, and why is that integral to success?
Why Join THIS Group?
Groups are powerful agents of change and can be transformative for their members. I have created a thoughtfully designed experience that includes deeper discussions, original resources, thought provoking questions, and impactful ideas. I will harness the power of the group to move members towards permanent and sustainable changes in their relationship with food by helping them to better understand themselves. We will discuss food and the fundamentals of weight loss, but our conversations will focus on powerful questions that go beyond just looking at what you are eating.
What I Bring You:
A decade of professional group weight loss coaching experience, my own personal journey of weight loss and maintenance, original resources created just for clients, and a wealth of nutrition and health knowledge as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Group size will be limited in order to make the experience rich and personalized; with a few basic ground rules around confidentiality and courtesy, I will create an environment where a sense of community is created and each member has a chance to be heard and supported.
Program Details:
Weekly, in person, 45 minute sessions on Wednesdays from 8:00 to 8:45 am. ALX Community Atrium, 277 S. Washington Street, Alexandria, Virginia.

Original resources packed with ideas and practical tips.
Your first session is free, $40/week after that.
Ongoing enrollment but 4 week commitment is required.
